Click “Attack” on the barbarian village. Select your fully loaded transport ships. Set your troops to “Aggressive” stance. Defensive stance will cause your army to retreat too early, leaving loot behind.

While the village is being rebuilt after an attack, barbarians will not seek revenge.
Use the "Attack" formation. Put your tanky Speedboats in the front row and your Rams in the back. Manual combat is recommended—automated naval combat often results in unnecessary losses. Set your troops to “Aggressive” stance
For example: 100 Hoplites + 50 Archers vs. 30 Hoplites = zero losses. The AI dies before it can hit back. This is resource-efficient because you don’t waste sulfur retraining troops.
From Level 10 onward, the barbarian wall becomes a major threat. If you do not bring artillery (Rams, Catapults, or Mortars) to destroy the wall segments, your frontline infantry will get slaughtered.
