It is a curiosity . It is impressive that a portable Nintendo handheld from 2014 runs Isaac at all, but it is objectively the worst modern version of the game.
Select the file and choose Install and Delete CIA . This installs the game to your home menu and automatically deletes the temporary installer file to save space.
