She's effortlessly cool, kind to everyone, always has the right answer, and in the premiere episode alone, she manages to deescalate a feud with her roommates and form a girls' basketball team to beat the boys at their own sport. She rarely makes a real mistake or faces a consequence she can't charm her way out of. The Fix: The "fix" for Zoey is to give her genuine flaws and moments of failure. Perhaps she costs the basketball team the game with a crucial mistake, or her master plan in "Backpack" fails spectacularly because of something she overlooked. A moment of true vulnerability, not just a hiccup that gets solved in a day, would make her a much more relatable protagonist.
